The rescheduled LET will now take place on November 30, 2025.
The PRC issued an official advisory on September 20, 2025, confirming the postponement, citing concerns for the safety and well-being of examinees and examination personnel. The decision was made following consultation with the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), the Department of Interior Local Government (DILG), and the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
“In view of the earlier weather advice of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC)… the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LEPT) on September 21, 2025 (Sunday) in Regions I, II, and CAR will be rescheduled due to inclement weather,” the PRC stated in its announcement.
The PRC clarified that the LET in other testing centers nationwide proceeded as scheduled.
Affected examinees in Regions I, II, and CAR are advised to monitor the PRC’s official website and social media pages for further updates and information.
